The BIG WILLOW 4.0 is an earthy-yellow folding rooftop tent with three sleeping widths, an optimised folding mechanism and well-designed equipment.

Variant-specific weight
The 160 model weighs approximately 68 kg including the ladder & mattress, while the 180 model weighs approximately 76 kg. Additionally required vehicle crossbars must be considered when checking the dynamic roof load.
Three generous sleeping areas
The 160 model provides 160 × 240 cm for up to three people, while the 180 model provides 180 × 240 cm for up to four people. The 220 model offers a 220 × 240 cm sleeping area.
Optimised folding mechanism
Gas struts at the covered entrance assist the folding mechanism. Elastic cords, straps and pull straps guide the tent fabric inwards in a controlled manner during closing.
Improved water drainage
The angled pole construction supports rainwater drainage and reduces water pooling on the tent fabric.
Comfortable sleeping area
The 6 cm thick memory foam mattress and rubberised aluminium honeycomb floor panel support sleeping comfort, insulation and protection against dents.

The BIG WILLOW Gen.4 180 folding rooftop tent in Earthy-Yellow offers a sleeping area of approximately 180 × 240 cm for up to four people. The maximum interior height of approximately 115 cm provides additional room to move. This makes the rooftop tent particularly suitable for couples and small families who appreciate plenty of sleeping space and room for bags or equipment.

Weight including the removable ladder

The BIG WILLOW Gen.4 180 weighs approximately 76 kg including the removable black aluminium ladder. The ladder is approximately 230 cm long and has a maximum load capacity of 150 kg.

Assisted folding mechanism

Side-mounted gas struts assist with opening the rooftop tent. Additional elastic cords and straps guide the tent fabric inwards in a controlled manner when folding, allowing it to fit neatly inside the tent. Two pull straps help compress the fabric and make packing away easier.

Improved water drainage and additional weather protection

The angled pole design supports rainwater drainage and helps prevent water from pooling on the tent fabric. A separate rainfly provides additional protection from wind and weather.

Plenty of daylight and protected ventilation

Large windows, removable side windows, two skylights and the convertible panel on the overhang create a bright, open interior. Depending on the situation, the interior can be configured as a sheltered retreat or opened up for panoramic views. Integrated mosquito nets provide protected ventilation.

Comfortable sleeping surface and robust floor panel

The memory foam mattress with a polyester cover provides a comfortable sleeping surface. A mesh underlay helps reduce condensation beneath the mattress. The aluminium honeycomb floor panel has a rubberised surface, improves insulation and protects the floor panel from dents.

Lighting and storage inside the tent

Dimmable LED interior lighting with a USB-C port provides adjustable light in the evening. Two large shoe bags, various interior pockets and organisers keep smaller items within easy reach. Loops for attaching accessories and a cargo net on the unfolded tent floor provide additional storage.

Expandable with an annex and thermal inner tent

For additional sheltered space, the BIG WILLOW Gen.4 180 can be extended with the matching annex, which is available separately. This creates extra room for a camping kitchen, a table or additional storage. A matching thermal inner tent is also available separately for this model.
