Please note: To do this, all desired items must already be in your shopping cart. Then you only have to select the country of delivery and your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed. Shipping service provider
We ship our goods with different service providers to always give you the shortest shipping time and the best delivery service. Our main service provider for parcel shipping is DHL, closely followed by GLS and UPS. For shipping, we either use our own means of transport or use our long-standing, professional and regional partners in the logistics industry. Thus, we always want to guarantee you the best, most reliable and safest mode of transport for your location.
Delivery times
Our claim is to send out the orders to our customers as soon as possible. In the ideal case of parcel shipping, the goods leave our warehouse on the same day, if your order is received before 12 noon. In the case of shipping, we usually need 1-2 business days until the goods leave our warehouse.
Explanation
Due to the different service providers, products and delivery countries, we can not show you all possible combinations here on the site, but you can see the respective delivery times of your desired items within the item description. Once you have added all items to your shopping cart, the correct delivery time including the additional shipping time will always be displayed on the order completion page - shortly before the purchase is completed.

Camping chair 1-2 days delivery time in the article + 1-3 days shipping time with DHL = 2-5 days to your door.
Shipment tracking
With every order you place with us, you will receive a digital shipping confirmation by mail when the goods are shipped. In this mail you will find a tracking code from the respective shipping service provider, so that you can track the shipment online at any time. As a rule, shipping is always necessary when the weight of an item of your ordered goods exceeds 70 kg or when the girth exceeds a certain limit. Particularly large deliveries such as roof tents are always shipped by us on a pallet, well protected by a forwarding agent.
