The TEAK 2.0 combines the stability of a robust aluminium hard shell with the spacious feel of a fold-out rooftop tent. The Grey hybrid rooftop tent is available in two sizes: the TEAK 2.0 160 is suitable for two people, while the TEAK 2.0 180 accommodates up to three people. Both versions have a maximum interior height of approximately 120 cm.
TEAK 2.0 160 – Comfortable for Two
With a sleeping area of approximately 145 × 200 cm, the TEAK 2.0 160 provides two people with plenty of space for restful nights on the road. It measures approximately 235 × 165 cm when open and 165 × 130 cm when closed. This makes it ideal for couples and anyone looking for a balance between sleeping comfort and compact transport dimensions.
TEAK 2.0 180 – More Space for Up to Three People
The TEAK 2.0 180 features an approximately 165 × 200 cm sleeping area and accommodates up to three people. It measures approximately 235 × 185 cm when open and 185 × 130 cm when closed. The wider version is particularly suitable for small families or travellers who prefer more room to move inside their rooftop tent.
Weight According to the Selected Size
The TEAK 2.0 160 weighs approximately 77 kg including the ladder. With the ladder and roof rack system, it weighs approximately 82 kg. The TEAK 2.0 180 weighs approximately 81 kg including the ladder or approximately 86 kg including the ladder and roof rack system. Before installation, check the permitted roof load of your vehicle and the load capacity of the crossbars being used.
Quick Setup Without Tension Rods
The combination of a hard shell and fold-out tent section allows for straightforward setup without conventional tension rods. The aluminium ladder is stored inside the rooftop tent when folded and does not need to be transported separately in the vehicle. Blankets, pillows and sleeping bags can also remain inside the closed tent.
Memory Foam Comfort and a Ventilated Underlay
The memory foam mattress adapts to the body and provides a comfortable sleeping surface for travelling. A mesh underlay beneath the mattress improves air circulation and helps reduce condensation when temperatures change.
A Bright Interior in Changeable Weather
Large openings, a roof window and the special rainfly construction create a bright and open interior. They also support ventilation, allowing light and fresh air into the tent even in changeable weather.
Robust Construction and Additional Carrying Space
The durable aluminium hard shell protects the closed rooftop tent while travelling. An aluminium honeycomb floor with a rubberised surface provides a stable base, while high-quality YKK zips complete the construction. The integrated roof rack system creates additional carrying space for outdoor equipment or luggage.
Expandable With Compatible Accessories
A compatible thermal inner tent improves insulation in cooler temperatures. A telescopic ladder extending up to 260 cm is also available for particularly high vehicles.
