Why Red LED Light When Camping?
Red LED light protects your night vision and preserves your eyes’ natural adjustment to darkness – perfect for nights at the campsite or under the open sky. It also attracts fewer insects than bright white light and won’t disturb your sleep or your fellow campers. That’s exactly why we integrate a red LED lighting option into our 180° and 270° awnings – for comfortable night lighting, a better evening atmosphere, and more convenience when camping & overlanding.
The self-supporting 270° vehicle awning for campers, off-road vehicles and vans is designed for the side of your vehicle and can be mounted quickly and easily using the included universal mounting kit. Two guy ropes make tensioning effortless, while the robust telescopic poles provide maximum stability. This way, you can enjoy a protected outdoor area next to your vehicle within just a few minutes.

IMPORTANT: Before taking down the awning and swinging the arms back into the case, the LED lighting connection cable must be unplugged and stored safely to avoid damage to the cable and the awning!
270° LEAF: generous shelter around the vehicle
The 270° LEAF Side Awning in grey creates an extensive sheltered area around the side of the vehicle. Depending on the selected version, the coverage extends beside and behind the vehicle or reaches further towards the front.
Normal or Extended
The Normal version has four pivoting arms and is designed for classic side and rear coverage. The Extended version uses six pivoting arms, adds two front arms to the sheltered area and includes a practical rear access opening for the rooftop tent ladder.

This allows the length, construction and vehicle side to be matched to the individual camping setup.
Self-supporting use with additional stability when required
The construction keeps the area beneath the awning largely unobstructed during self-supporting use. When the weather or setup requires more support, the included telescopic poles, guy ropes and pegs add stability – particularly in wind, rain or with side walls fitted.
600D ripstop and robust PVC cover
The awning fabric is made from 600D ripstop polyester weighing 280 g/m² and has a 3,000 mm water column. When closed, a 1000D PVC cover weighing 600 g/m² protects the folded construction on the vehicle.
White and red LED lighting
Integrated LED lighting provides white light for clear visibility and red light for pleasantly subdued evening illumination beneath the awning.
Mounting and expandability
Universal mounting hardware for crossbars or roof platforms is included. Matching side walls attach using robust zips and are designed for the respective length, version and vehicle side.
