The HAZEL is a hybrid hard-shell rooftop tent for up to two people. It combines the stable triangular design with the open sense of space offered by a pop-up rooftop tent and provides two opening modes and a 270° panoramic view.

Weight below 75 kg:
The HAZEL 130 weighs approximately 67 kg and the HAZEL 155 approximately 77 kg – both excluding the ladder. Including the ladder, the weights are approximately 73 kg and 83 kg respectively.
Choice of two sleeping areas
Depending on the size, the rooftop tent offers a sleeping area of 110 × 200 cm or 135 × 200 cm and accommodates up to two people.
Flexible hybrid opening design
Two pairs of STABILUS gas struts assist with opening. The front and rear sections can be raised to suit the pitch and the desired sense of space.
Individually adjustable sleeping comfort
The comfort hybrid mattress with an air chamber and foam core allows the firmness to be adjusted. LED lighting, mosquito nets and practical storage bags complete the features.

Hybrid hard-shell rooftop tent with two opening modes

The HAZEL 130 in grey is a hybrid hard-shell rooftop tent for up to two people. It combines the stable triangular shape with the open sense of space offered by a pop-up rooftop tent. Depending on the pitch and the desired use of space, you can open the front section first and then raise the rear section of the hard shell as well.

The fully removable front section creates a 270° panoramic view. The large openings allow light and air into the interior, while fine-mesh mosquito nets keep insects outside.

110 × 200 cm sleeping area for up to two people

The sleeping area measures 110 × 200 cm and accommodates up to two people. With a maximum interior height of approximately 110 cm, the open rooftop tent provides sufficient freedom of movement.

Setup with STABILUS gas struts

Two pairs of STABILUS gas struts assist with raising the hard shell. To open the tent, first release the front Speed Click fastener. The front section and, if required, the rear section can then be raised.

When closing the tent, the Easy Lock mechanism with a green and red lever and an additional safety pin secures the rooftop tent. The Quick Pull cord allows the rear section to be conveniently drawn in from inside.

Individually adjustable comfort hybrid mattress

The interior features a comfort hybrid mattress with an air chamber and foam core. By adding or releasing air, you can adjust the firmness to suit your personal sleeping preference.

An electric air pump with a USB-C charging cable assists with both inflating the air chamber and extracting the air before folding the rooftop tent.

Lighting and practical organisation

Two 150 cm LED light strips with USB-C connections provide a choice of warm-white or cool-white lighting inside.

Two shoe bags provide a dedicated place for footwear away from the sleeping area. The high-quality carry bag can also be used as an organiser and helps keep smaller items of equipment neatly stored.

Bedding cannot remain inside the closed rooftop tent. It must be removed before folding and stored separately inside the vehicle.

Robust construction and weather protection

The hard shell is made from ABS and features a durable coating. The pressure-resistant tent base does not use an aluminium honeycomb construction and is resistant to dents.

The tent fabric and rainfly are made from PU-coated 300D Elastic Silk Fabric with a graphene coating. The material is mould-resistant, provides UV protection and has a hydrostatic head of 5,000 mm. Only two ultra-light supports are required to set up the rainfly.
