The VICKYWOOD BALSA LIGHT 140 annex creates a sheltered extra room beside the rooftop tent for seating, equipment or an additional sleeping area. Two height versions let you match the annex to the rooftop-tent mounting height.

More sheltered room beside the BALSA LIGHT

The VICKYWOOD BALSA LIGHT 140 annex extends the rooftop tent with a protected area directly beside the vehicle. Its approx. 190 × 140 cm footprint creates room for seating, equipment, dry storage or an additional sleeping area. This keeps more of the rooftop-tent interior free while giving the camp setup a clearly usable sheltered space below.

Two heights for different vehicle setups

The correct version is selected according to the rooftop-tent mounting height, including vehicle and roof-rack height. The high version covers 210/220 cm, while the low version covers 165/175 cm. This lets the annex be matched directly to the existing BALSA LIGHT installation.

Four door openings for flexible access

Door openings on all four sides make it easy to move between the vehicle, rooftop tent and pitch. Mosquito netting supports ventilation while keeping insects out. Overlapping fabric panels also provide additional protection around the zip areas in rainy conditions.

Direct connection with keder and SBS zip

The annex attaches to the BALSA LIGHT using a keder connection and SBS zip. Aluminium telescopic poles adjust continuously from approx. 143 to 220 cm and support the setup and alignment of the annex at the pitch.

Ripstop fabric and removable PVC floor

The tent fabric is 280 g/m² ripstop polyester with a PU coating. The durable 680 g/m² PVC truck-tarpaulin floor can be removed by zip, so the annex can be used with a closed floor or open ground depending on the surface and intended use.
